1. Use of Site

You agree to use HoopLink only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with other members' experience.

2. Account Registration

To access membership content, you must provide accurate information including your name and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Membership Pricing & Founding Member Rate

Founding members who join at the $59/month rate lock in that rate permanently for the duration of their active membership. This rate will never increase as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. If a founding member cancels their membership, the founding member rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated at a later date.

Public monthly pricing is $99/month. Annual founding pricing is $579/year. Annual public pricing will be $949/year when the standard rate opens.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Monthly members may cancel at any time. The membership will not renew after the current billing period ends and access to the community will continue through the end of the paid period.

Annual memberships include a 14-day refund window. Annual members may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase by emailing contact@hooplink.co. After day 14 all annual membership sales are final and non-refundable.

This refund policy exists to protect the integrity of our community, the exclusivity of our content, and the value of direct access to our founders.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on HoopLink — including video, audio, written content, training programs, recruiting guides, community materials, founder voice notes, film breakdowns, and all proprietary frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of HoopLink LLC. Members are granted personal access for the duration of their active membership only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, screenshot for external distribution, or publicly disclose any HoopLink content without explicit written permission from HoopLink LLC. This includes sharing content with non-members through any channel including social media, text message, email, or any other medium.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate membership termination without refund and may result in further legal action.

6. Community Standards

HoopLink is a professional development community. Members are expected to treat all participants with respect. Harassment, spam, self-promotion without permission, or any behavior that degrades the community experience is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Service Availability

HoopLink will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent access to the platform and deliver promised content. In the event that HoopLink needs to discontinue operations, members will be notified with a minimum of 30 days notice. Prepaid annual memberships will be prorated and refunded in the event of service discontinuation — this is the sole exception to the no-refund policy.

8. Termination

HoopLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Terminations for cause are not eligible for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

HoopLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or community. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. No Guarantee of Athletic Outcomes

HoopLink provides educational content, mentorship, community access, and developmental resources for basketball players. Membership does not guarantee any specific athletic outcomes, including but not limited to making a team roster, earning playing time, receiving scholarship offers, being recruited by college programs, securing NIL opportunities, or achieving a professional basketball career. Results depend on each individual member's effort, ability, circumstances, and factors outside of HoopLink's control. By joining HoopLink, you acknowledge and agree that no specific results have been promised or guaranteed.
